My Focus:

,
Concept

The project was concluded during my time as an exchange student in Oslo. The core focus was on light and shadow effects, which I showcased through textures and materials, using lighting fixtures as the medium.

Ideation

This versatile lamp functions both as a table and a floor lamp, adapting flexibly to your varied lighting needs and spatial designs. LECO is more than just a light; it's a perfect fusion of art and practicality, offering a delicate and profound aesthetic experience for your living environment.

Inspired by the stark contrast between light and darkness and crafted through traditional Chinese paper origami artistry.
LECO brings a pure and refined light into being.

Inspiration

Prototype

By trying different folding methods, the form with the best light transmission was ultimately found.

Final design

The final product consists of a paper lampshade, three supporting legs, and a tube for electrical components. However, the design still requires further refinement, such as addressing the high-temperature resistance of the paper material and enhancing the details of the support structure, among other aspects.
